Shipping & Returns

We ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays. The shipping cutoff time is 3 PM CST. Orders placed after 3 PM CST will be processed the next business day. All shipping dates are pending credit card verification for in-stock merchandise. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process before it is shipped. Deliveries occur Monday through Friday.

Note: For personalized pieces, please allow an additional 1-3 business day(s) processing time for orders with personalization. Once your personalized piece has been completed, your order will ship with the shipping method selected at checkout.

Once your order is assigned a tracking number, you will receive a confirmation email with the number. If you have not received this email within 1-2 business days of placing your order, please contact our Customer Service department at service@gabriellebunch.com with your order confirmation number to obtain your tracking number.

We are unable to change or cancel any orders once they have been placed due to expedient processing time at our studio. We recommend verifying all of your information before proceeding with your order.

 

Return Policy

We take pride in the quality in each and every one of our products. We try to package each parcel to perfection. If we made a mistake, let us know within 3 days of delivery – we will arrange for a replacement right away.

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, final sale items, or items damaged through normal wear and tear. If within 30 days of purchase, you are dissatisfied with the product for any reason, you may return any non-monogrammed or non-personalized purchase for a refund.

The items must be returned unworn, unused, undamaged, and with tags attached. Jewelry must be in its original packaging. The original return form must accompany all returned items.

Making a Return

  1. Please read out Return Policy carefully to determine in your item qualifies for a return or exchange. If you are unsure, please contact our customer service department at service@gabriellebunch.com. Please include your order number, item number, and a reason for return.
  2. Securely pack your merchandise and Return Form in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package).
  3. Ship the package to the following address:

Note: You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Return shipping is non-refundable unless you received damaged, defective, or wrong item(s). If the item is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value.

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For returns from International and APO/FPO addresses, please allow 4-6 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. If you made your purchase using a gift card, e-gift certificate, or store credit, refunds are issued to the original card that was used.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item(s)

Exchanges by mail are only processed for damaged, defective, or wrong item(s) shipped. Exchanges by mail are not permitted for returns from U.S. territories, APO/FPO, and International addresses.

Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please return the merchandise to our Returns address above within 30 days from the purchase date. We will refund the shipping costs if a copy of the shipping receipt is attached to the Return Form. We recommend a carrier that provides tracking. Please note: only standard carrier services will be refunded.

To ensure proper processing, please specify “Damage, Defect, or Wrong Item(s)” on the Return Form. Upon receipt of your return, our Returns Department will inspect your merchandise. If you would like a replacement of the item(s), please write Exchange on the Return Form in the notes section. We will gladly send out a replacement of the original item(s) purchased, at no cost, as long as the merchandise is available. If the merchandise is not available, you will receive a refund to the original form of payment used to make your online purchase. The items must be returned unworn, unused, undamaged, and with tags attached.

Personalization & Customization

Items will be personalized as they are entered on the website form. We cannot make any changes to your personalization after your order has been submitted. We take the utmost care to ensure your piece us one-of-a-kind. In the embossing process, there might be slight variations from what you see on your screen to the final product. The character limit for embossing is up to three letters, no numbers or special characters. The placement of the embossing will go on a pre-determined location and cannot be changed. You may preview the location of the embossing for each item in the product photos for each listing.
